Cassandra Washington is a veteran trainer, adult learning expert, and proven coach who has helped countless men and women push their limits and expand their success.

She communicates with sincerity, clarity and impact in a way that touches people’s minds and hearts. Whatever the topic, Cassandra offers an inspiring, one-of-a-kind perspective on how to ramp up your performance.

Cassandra has 15 years of experience, including working as a training consultant with an electric utility company, as an instructional designer for a workforce training company, and as a popular adjunct instructor at a career training school.
Cassandra manages her own company, Exceed Resources, giving her a firsthand understanding of the needs of front-line employees and supervisors. She not only designs and delivers customized training solutions for clients but offers career coaching as well.

Cassandra is the author of the book, “How to Manage Unacceptable Employee Behavior.” She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management and human resources from The Ohio State University. She is a Myers-Briggs qualified instructor with certificates in organizational development, instructional design, and group facilitation.
